Bailey works with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed and provide dietetic services claimable through the following items.

Bailey supports people with disabilities for a variety of needs, including:

Dietitian Service Fees
Our dietitian service fees are $188.99 per hour.
Direct Services Include:

Consultation (in person, telephone, telehealth or home visit), initial assessment and follow-up sessions

Supermarket shopping education

Meal preparation and cooking session
Indirect Services Include:

Resource development eg recipes, meal plans
-
Care co-ordination meetings with health professionals, family, support co-ordinators

NDIS Initial report

NDIS End of Plan Report
An initial assessment is charged for 2 hours minimum, plus travel, to allow for the consultation and NDIS Initial Report which outlines recommendations, dietetic service plan and hours.
